Brasilwear will exchange goods within 14 days of purchase providing the returned goods meet our inwards inspection criteria. In the event that no suitable exchange is available, Brasilwear will provide in in-store credit. Brasilwear does not offer refunds unless the product is faulty. Goods will not be accepted without and RMA number. The RMA number may be obtained by contacting Brasilwear. Basilwear is not responsible for the shipping charges associated with returns unless the goods are faulty. Customers returning faulty goods must contact Brasilwear for information about shipping method. Brasilwear will not be liable for the shipping costs of faulty goods unless goods are shipped in the manner prescribed by Brasilwear.

In order to qualify for exchange, returned goods must meet the following inwards inspection critera:
• Goods must be in original condition as supplied
• Goods must have attached labels or tags as supplied
• An RMA number must accompany returned goods.
• Goods must not be soiled, worn or damaged
• Goods must be fit for re-sale
Brasilwear reserves the right to, at it’s discretion, determine if returned goods meet the inwards inspection critera and to determine if the returned goods are acceptable for exchange, credit or refund.
